About the Website

The Claim Navigator was built to provide the public with a free and independent resource. Our goal is to help claimants understand when, and how, they can use the Civil Resolution Tribunal to advance their interests, and to connect them with legal counsel to guide them through this process.

We are not affiliated with the Civil Resolution Tribunal, the Province of British Columbia or any other public body. We recommend that every person obtain independent legal advice about their claim, even where they are prevented from having a lawyer represent their interests directly.
